Do you offer custom gifts?
We will be happy to put together a custom gift for you, using any of our items featured in existing gift box themes! Just send an email to email@example.com and we'll get you set up!
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time, we ship within the U.S. and to Canada. U.S. gifts ship for a flat rate of $7 (free on orders of $75 or higher!), and shipping on gifts headed to Canada will cost $15.20.
What if I need to cancel or return my order?
Because we process our orders very quickly to ensure prompt delivery to the recipient, all purchases are final. We do not process returns. If you've made an error on an address or have any other issue that needs correcting, email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make things right!
There is a problem with my order! Who should I contact?
Oh no! We hope this never happens. If it does, email email@example.com and someone from our team will quickly contact you to correct the problem.
Can I skip the card?
Each box includes a meaningful card which was picked out very carefully! In many of our gift themes, the card really sets the tone for the entire gift. Please take time to type a special message to the recipient; it will truly be her favorite part of the entire gift.
Help! The gift box never arrived.
We want to make sure the gift recipient receives their box of love! While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, we are more than happy to help resolve the issue. Please attempt resolution with the postal carrier first. If we can assist in any way during this process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 48 business hours. We will always strive to get your gift in the mail A.S.A.P.!
How long does shipping take?
We ship all domestic (U.S.) boxes with U.S.P.S. Priority mail. U.S.P.S. states that priority packages take 1-3 business days to arrive. Keep in mind this is an estimate given by U.S.P.S. and does not include our 48 hours processing time! Gifts headed to Canada will be delivered via U.S.P.S. First Class Package International, and will be handed over to Canada Post on the other side of the border. Please allow 7-21 days for your gift to be delivered.
What if I want to send gifts to multiple addresses?
The easiest way to tackle this will be to place one order per address. If this is going to be a problem, please email us at email@example.com. We're here to help!
Will a receipt be included in the box?
No way! You will receive an email receipt after your purchase is complete, and the box will be sent directly to the recipient with no receipt or pricing information included.
How can I get a discount?
Sign up for our newsletter! We frequently send out discount codes and promos for our loyal readers!
Where can I find more information regarding the products included in your boxes?
We list all vendors in the item descriptions for each box! If you need help finding specific information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
